I also want to truly thank you all for your information and the Zooms; I started out with a A1C of 7.1-- blood sugars running between 150- 165; I started the program and at my 3 month follow up my BS fasting was 124 and A1C was 7.0; 3 months after that visit my blood sugars are running 90- 130 fasting and my A1C is 6.6; I am not still at 20 carbs due to my weight; at 50 carbs but eating much differently.
