1.Atrial fibrillation (you already have low energy in your heart)
2.Ethnicity (Stress, Genetic factors, and also lifestyle factors)
3.Oral corticosteroid Rx (Inflammation)
4.Age
5.Serious Mental Illness (Drugs, lifestyle factors)
6.Low SES (Lifestyle factors)
7.Chronic Kidney Disease (There is already an energy problem, or inflammation)
8.Normal BMI is protective (Lifestyle factors)
9.Smoking
10. Gender
Of note, the things we often think are the greatest risks were not significant:
-Smoking was lower than expected.
-Blood pressure isn’t significantly associated.
